SECTION 1- FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Fulfillment and Shipping of Physical Products
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
Norway: 10-20 business days
International: 10-20 business days
TIP: Add Fulfillment time to delivery time to estimate how long your order will take to get to you.
International Shipping and Fees
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on Norwegian and international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Digital Downloads (music/audio files)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
SECTION 3- REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
SECTION 4- ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
Before getting in touch with us, make sure that you have completed the following steps:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Contact your local post office to see if they might have your package.
Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't
be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
